These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of League Pass. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility

Your account
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact ryan@leaguepass.co.
User-generated content
League Pass lets you create teams, post messages, upload images, and share information with other users. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant League Pass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing), distribute, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that:
- Violates any law or regulation.
- Infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Is harassing, abusive, hateful, or threatening.
- Contains malware, spam, or phishing.
- Impersonates another person.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass other users or to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or the systems of third parties.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

Payments and refunds
League registration fees, team fees, and similar payments processed through League Pass are payments for participation in in-person sports leagues operated by independent league directors. These are payments for physical services and are non-refundable except where required by law or where the league director or League Pass authorizes a refund (for example, if a league is cancelled, a service failure occurs, or duplicate or fraudulent charges are identified). Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of League Pass and the relevant league director.
Block and report
Users may block other users to stop receiving messages from them and may report content or conduct that violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed by the relevant league director. Repeat or severe violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Closing your account ends your right to access the service, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual-property terms, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will League Pass LLC, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) one US dollar ($1) or (b) the amount you paid League Pass in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.
