Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Or see our delete-account page for instructions if you cannot access the app.

How do I report another user?

Open their profile and tap Report Player. League directors review reports and may suspend accounts for violations of our Terms of Service.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile and tap Block User. You will no longer see their messages in team chat or direct messages. You can unblock them later under Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.

A payment didn't go through

Email us at ryan@leaguepass.co with the league name, the date of the attempted payment, and the last 4 digits of the card you used. Do not email full card details — Stripe handles card data directly.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We will email a reset link to your registered address.
